1. Chap nhan dieu khoan

3. Tai khoan nguoi dung

  • Cac tinh nang co ban (AQI thoi gian thuc, du bao, ban do) co the su dung ma khong can dang ky tai khoan.
  • Tai khoan duoc yeu cau de su dung cac tinh nang nang cao (loi khuyen AI ca nhan hoa, luu vi tri yeu thich, thong bao day).
  • Ban chiu trach nhiem bao mat tai khoan va mat khau cua minh. Moi hoat dong duoi tai khoan cua ban la trach nhiem cua ban.
  • Ban phai cung cap thong tin chinh xac va cap nhat khi dang ky tai khoan.

11. Boi thuong

Ban dong y boi thuong va bao ve Aiora, giam doc, nhan vien va doi tac khoi bat ky khieu nai, thiet hai, ton that hoac chi phi (bao gom phi luat su hop ly) phat sinh tu viec ban vi pham cac dieu khoan nay hoac su dung dich vu trai phap luat.

12. Cham dut

13. Luat ap dung va giai quyet tranh chap

  • Moi tranh chap phat sinh se duoc giai quyet thong qua thuong luong. Neu khong dat duoc thoa thuan, tranh chap se duoc giai quyet tai Toa an nhan dan co tham quyen tai Thanh pho Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam.
  • Nguoi dung tai Lien minh Chau Au (EU) van duoc bao ve boi luat phap dia phuong va co quyen khoi kien tai toa an co tham quyen tai quoc gia cu tru cua ho.

14. Thay doi dieu khoan

Chung toi co the cap nhat cac dieu khoan nay theo thoi gian. Moi thay doi quan trong se duoc thong bao truoc 30 ngay qua email hoac thong bao trong ung dung. Viec ban tiep tuc su dung dich vu sau khi thay doi co hieu luc dong nghia voi viec ban chap nhan cac dieu khoan moi.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aiora, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the service. For users under 18, use of the service implies that a parent or guardian has read and agreed to these terms.

2. Service Description

Aiora is an environmental health monitoring platform that provides:

  • Real-time Air Quality Index (AQI) monitoring.
  • Air quality and weather forecasts.
  • Wildfire hotspot detection and danger alerts.
  • Health risk assessment based on environmental indicators.
  • Personalized health advice powered by artificial intelligence.

The service includes mobile applications (iOS/Android) and a website at getaiora.com.

3. User Accounts

  • Basic features (real-time AQI, forecasts, map) can be used without creating an account.
  • An account is required for advanced features (personalized AI advice, saved locations, push notifications).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Free plan: Access to basic features at no charge.
  • Pro plan (69,000 VND/month): Personalized AI advice, advanced alerts, detailed forecasts.
  • Family plan (99,000 VND/month): All Pro features for up to 5 family members.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, responsible for tax compliance in 220+ countries.
  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. The plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Prices may change. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

5. Refund Policy

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of the payment date.
  • Refund requests are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record.
  • To request a refund, please contact [email protected] with your transaction ID.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

  • Aiora provides reference information, NOT medical services.

  • AI-generated health advice may not be accurate and may not be suitable for every individual situation.

  • You are solely responsible for health decisions made based on information from Aiora.

7. Data Accuracy

  • Air quality data is sourced from international sources and may have delays or discrepancies.
  • Weather and air quality forecasts are estimates and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
  • Wildfire data from satellites may have a delay of up to several hours.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided.

8. User Content

  • Content you create (avatar, health profile) remains your property.
  • By uploading content to Aiora, you grant us a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service.
  • This license terminates when you delete the content or delete your account.

9. Acceptable Use

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
  • Do not use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law.
  • Do not intentionally overload, interfere with, or disrupt the system.
  • Do not provide false information that could affect the health advice of other users.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the system, other users' accounts, or data that does not belong to you.
  • Do not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiora's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Aiora shall not be liablefor any health decisions made based on the service's AI advice.
  • Aiora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aiora, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or unlawful use of the service.

12. Termination

  • You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
  • After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to give you an opportunity to recover it, after which it will be permanently deleted.
  • Paid subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved at the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
  • Users in the European Union (EU) are still protected by their local laws and retain the right to bring proceedings in the competent courts of their country of residence.

14. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
